Meet the onsite management

Brodribb Management Services have been providing and managing aged care facilities through Brodribb Home in Toowoomba for over 110 years, so we’re very proud to have had their CEO Pam Chipperfield managing The Village on the Downs since its inception in 2001. Clearly the team has been doing a good job, because a recent survey showed that 95% of our residents were happy they chose to live here.
 
Brodribb currently operates a 80 bed high/low care facility and 15 community care packages. They also manage a 34-unit retirement village consisting of both independent living units and assisted living units.
